Mentoring and coaching is for people who have reached a point in their careers where they’re not looking for quick answers, but rather for sustainable decisions. Transitions, new roles, inner tensions, or the feeling of being stuck are all part of this, as is the desire for new direction.
You are at the heart of it all, with your own personal questions, decisions, and responsibilities. I will support you through this process openly, systematically, and as an equal. My work doesn’t offer pre-packaged solutions or standardized methods. I understand mentoring and coaching as a structured, open dialogue on equal footing – honest, clear, and respectful.
The goal is to organize thoughts, broaden perspectives, and make connections visible. It’s not about making decisions for you, but about supporting you in consciously recognizing your own path and taking responsibility for it.
My role is that of a sparring partner: I listen, ask questions, reflect, and challenge where appropriate. Always with the aim of creating clarity and enabling the desired development.
