I support individuals and organizations that have reached a point where progress is difficult or impossible on their own. In situations where decisions become more complex, roles shift, or the current path no longer feels right, professional coaching and consulting can be invaluable. If you’re not just looking for a quick fix, but need genuine guidance, want to take responsibility, and make sustainable decisions, then you’ve come to the right place.

My work lies at the intersection of people, organizations, and decision-making. I don’t see myself as a traditional coach with pre-defined methods or a consultant offering standard solutions, but rather as an equal sparring partner – open, structured, and clear in my approach.

With over twenty years of professional experience, including international leadership and management experience, I possess the ability to structure complex relationships, contextualize different perspectives, and address even uncomfortable topics objectively. My goal is not to dictate solutions, but to support you in making conscious and sustainable decisions.

I work analytically, reflectively, and without any theatrics. Clarity, for me, doesn’t come from motivation or pressure, but from clear thinking, honest conversations, and consciously weighing options and consequences. I address even uncomfortable topics respectfully and objectively.

Collaboration takes place in German or English – depending on the context and preference.

More information:

My perspective is shaped by over 15 years of international leadership and management experience in technology- and market-driven organizations. In leadership roles at Siemens, I held global product and portfolio responsibility, led international and cross-functional teams, and implemented complex rollouts and transformation projects.

This was never solely about strategy or products, but always also about working with people. Taking responsibility, providing guidance, and making an impact – within real-world economic, organizational, and political contexts.

This experience directly informs my work today. I offer pragmatic, realistic support with a deep understanding of the challenges of modern leadership.

Depending on the issue at hand, I work as a sparring partner, coach, or consultant. Sometimes the focus is on personal reflection – for example, regarding career decisions, role clarification, or leadership topics. In other cases, the focus is on concrete strategic, organizational, or operational questions at the company or management level.

Mentoring and coaching sessions typically take place as one-on-one meetings and last 90 to 120 minutes. We can meet in my office or at a location of your choice.

Management consulting engagements are flexible in scope and format. Experience has shown that sessions of at least two hours are beneficial; depending on the issue, they can range from single sessions to multi-day projects of up to three days.

What matters is not the label, but the impact: creating clarity, strengthening decision-making skills, and enabling implementation.

I combine analytical clarity with pragmatic implementation and personal reflection.

Personal & regional:
I primarily work with individuals, leadership teams, and organizations in the Canton of Zug and Central Switzerland.
Personal, on-site meetings are just as important to me as clarity regarding the goal, role, and outcome of our collaboration.

My work is confidential, transparent, and designed for the long term.

What you can expect from working with me:

  • Structure in complex situations
  • Clear decision-making criteria instead of knee-jerk reactions
  • Honest, respectful sparring on equal footing
  • Sustainable development of leadership and organization
  • Commitment, discretion, and pragmatism

I offer mentoring and coaching, as well as management consulting in German or English – depending on the context and your preference.

My work is based not only on theoretical models, but primarily on my own experience as an executive and portfolio manager. As a leader, I place great value on the development of my team. There is no single leadership style or one-size-fits-all solution. Individual coaching/mentoring is the key to success and guarantees sustainable success for employees and companies.

In leadership roles at Siemens, I was responsible for global product and portfolio organizations, international teams, and the implementation of strategic projects within real-world economic, regulatory, and political contexts. This experience continues to shape my work today: I understand the challenges of modern leadership not only from theory, but also from practice.

For mentoring and coaching, this means:
I understand situations where decisions are ambiguous, expectations become conflicting, and responsibility weighs heavily. Let’s reflect, analyze, and find new paths together.

For management consulting, this means:
I work in a structured, results-oriented manner, with a clear focus on the big picture. Let’s achieve our business goals together, without losing sight of the human element and the broader context.

In short:

  • Over 15 years of international leadership and management experience
  • Responsibility for global product and portfolio organizations
  • Leadership of international, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in strategy implementation, transformation, and go-to-market
  • Extensive training in leadership, strategy, and communication
