General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Coaching & Consulting Notter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services
Coaching & Consulting Notter offers mentoring, coaching, and management consulting for individuals and organizations. The services are provided under the personal responsibility of the clients and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through oral or written agreement between Coaching & Consulting Notter and the client.

4. Fees
Fees are agreed upon individually and depend on the type, scope, and duration of the service. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction.

5. Appointments and Cancellations
Agreed-upon appointments are binding. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee may be charged.

6. Liability
Coaching & Consulting Notter is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Confidentiality
All information exchanged in the course of our collaboration will be treated confidentially.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Coaching & Consulting Notter.
